Christ-like Leadership: We shall develop and value leaders who invest in Christ’s characters of humility and authority (Matt 28:18, John 13:1-13), and live sacrificial life of a shepherd. We will empower, develop and multiply such leaders to lead Christ’s Kingdom purposes.
